So the little royal runt is to start nursery school. I can imagine parents of two year olds rushing to book a place so they can start school with the little royal retard.
No doubt the right royal runt reception class committee will be taking lots of photographs, just as they would be of children who were not born to rule, and people will not be made to address the little never-to-be-assessed-on-academic-ability as your royal highness or sir, address him through the butler and he will not take any servants along to make his tea or wash the royal winkle.
