The Joy of MathJax

Many people who write maths for the internet use MathJax to render the latex code into images. Most people send the code to on every page load to be processed. I have been trying for a while to play around with a local installation and all the cache systems and proxies I use and have finally got the whole damn thing to work, so now the code is rendered on my own server with no help from anyone.
Took 6 months.
