Its So Unfair!

I bought my house 12 years ago and by the time of pay off the mortgage it will be worth a million pounds. Since I bought it I have seen my mortgage go down from £850 a month to £650 a month.
Anyone renting has seen their rent go up regularly. I have a friend renting a horrible little flat – not a house – for £1300 a month, and he tells me that if he moves out his landlord will seize the opportunity to put the rent up. Flat
I earn more from the annual increase in the price of my house than I earn tutoring. God only knows house anybody renting must feel, unlikely ever to be able to afford to buy a house in London, when I had thegood luck to buy my house at the start of a long period of ultra low interest rates.
