New Idea For Foreign Aid

Many towns in the UK twin with towns in other countries.
Divert £280m or so pounds from the multi billion pound aid budge. Give £10,000 or so to each UK school so they can work out how best to aid some poor school in some wretched country.
I t will get every student involved in helping to make the world a better place and will encourage visits and holidays.
