18% Gets You a GCSE in Maths

Anyone getting 18% or more in the new 9-1 Maths GCSE gets a pass.
What a triumph for the British Government. Students in many other countries getting 18 in a maths exam would be branded a failure, but in the UK they get a certificate to say the have passed.
18 find seem low a low mark to some, but it is still higher than the British government deserves, 0% of whom are competent.
