Teacher Banned For Cheating

A teacher has been banned from teaching for fixing his students grades, making sure they passed.
Several teachers in private schools – Dulwich College was one – who wrote exam questions, tutored their students for the questions they had written. THEY WEREN’T banned.
Is this maisalignment of justice due to those private school teachers have tutored future judges and politicians, chiefs of police etc,?
