Redirect British Aid to Africa!

British aid to African governments is a waste of money. Instead, move all the British embassies in Africa out of the cities and buy up wasteland, desert, swamp etcetera and build schools, colleges and universities on what will be British sovereign territory because it will be within embassy grounds.
