Bringing Revolution to Private Tuition

The school year lasts until the third week in July or thereabouts. Exams end a month earlier (A – Level/GCSE) or much earlier (IB)/University.
If the end of exams coincided with the end of the academic year, students would get longer to study and maybe get better results.

It is so unfair to start a world cup while exams are still going on,
Students who are football fans WILL NOT be able to concentrate!

trump wants teachers to have guns in the classroom, so they can shoot students with guns.
It is not only students who go mad.
Teachers go mad too.
If teachers have guns, we might see a spate of teachers going on the rampage. They can lock the classroom door and kill all their students.
Then we will hear that every student in the USA should go to school with a gun.

Is a Victim.

If a student writes ‘gay’, ‘homosexual’, ‘lesbian’ in an essay should they be censored or penalised?
Come on! They world is changing! And even if it isnb’t an essay is an essay so mark it for what it is worth!

Part of failure is knowing all the things that have never worked, so not being tempted to try them again.

I always hated coursework. The pain of doing it spread over weeks compared to a couple of hours for an exam.
Now coursework is an invitation to cheat because of the internet. The only way to stop cheating would be to write a new question for every piece of coursework.
Now a computer science GCSE piece of coursework has been leaked and will not be assessed because PEOPLE WILL CHEAT!
Exactly what I said!

I almost missed the tenth anniversary of A Star Maths and Physics, on December 4th.
This website has been up for ten years, splashing slime and muck over stupid paper shufflers and pen pushers and people in grey.

Shows just what an awful job teaching is.
Don;t criticise me if you wouldn’t do it.

Some people are returning after Christmas on Friday this week then go home for the weekend.
Give us a break! It’s like working for a day between holidays.
