I get just a little bit peeved when I hear Islamic terrorists described as cowards. They are not.<\/p>\n

The terrorists in France who killed over 100 people when to their grisly task expecting to kill and die.<\/p>\n

Terrorists everywhere are engaged in asymmetric warfare using the weapons and tactics available to best advantage, just as armies have done throughout the ages.<\/p>\n

There are probably more cowards in conventional western armies, whose soldiers expect to kill but not die and western airforces whose airmen engage the enemy by bombing them from thirty thousand feet.<\/p>\n

No fighting men are criticised here. Fighting men cannot be blamed for using everything to their advantage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
