Any tourist in South Korea might be surprised by the number of street vendors. The reason is that things are much harder for unemployed people in South Korea. Street Vending is a way to make a living.
\nWe have no street vendors in the UK, unless you count people selling the Big Issue.
\nWe should have. Vagrants should be shown how to sell whatever they can sell – drinks, sweets – to make whatever they can make.
