I have spent about ten hours on the phone to s ales, who could not deal with me. By making them speak to the right department I could waste more of their money and maybe cost them.a sale. I gave them a VERY hard time, and they bent themselves to my will and gave me some money.<br \/>\nPersistence has value in every part of your life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a345 a time.
