Multiplying Decimals

Multiplying decimals is not so hard. If you can multiply two numbers you can multiply decimals. To multiply 0.38 by 0.061, start by multiplying 38 by 61.

Now add 1800+480+30+8=2318.
There are five decimal places in the question, so there will be five decimal places in the answer. The answer is 0.02318.
