At 245am woke up 8am

I didn’t go out today.

When I lie down I can’t position my leg to reduce pInin leg and right shoulder and arm.

Are giving me dizzy spells head spins blurred vision

Of happy pills – paikillers antidepressants sleeping tablets

Backwards and forwards. Make appointment on Monday with GP.

They agreed to send copy of letter summarising 6th January appointment.

And got about 5.5 hours sleep.

With round end, maybe from bolt for metal holding my leg together.
