Blair says Europe needs an elected President to stop it breaking up

Of course we know who he wants to be President.
As our Tony continues on an ever upwards trajectory towards Godlike staus, Presidency of the EU will only be a single step.
Next will be UN Secretary General, Nobel Prize Winner, First President of the Moon, Mars, Solar System, and finally, when he becomes Leader of the Universe, that Godlike status will be achieved.
