The Darwin Effect in Action?

I heard this morning that drug use is declining among young people in the UK. Is this due to drug users drugging themselves to death and not having babies? Behaviour is in part encoded in our genes, so those genes that encode that sort of risky behaviour mY be dying out. All rubbish of course, since the genes that send men to war and death have not died out after thousands of years of war and death.
