Any football match between China any Uruguay is bound to have Uruguay as favourites to win, in spite of the massive collective superiority of Chinese brainpower over Uruguayan.
The Chinese have set up a football academy to improve their national team but I doubt it will have much effect. A football brain is qualitatively different from a brain that designs electronics.
