No solution to refugee crisis

Why do people imagine the migration crisis in the Mediterranean will be solved if peace and prosperity break out everywhere?
IT WILL NOT!
If Africans and Arabs become more prosperous they will travel and a.lot of them will travel here.
The solution to the crisis is to open a ferry service from parts of Africa and let them pay a market price for a passage, with no immigration crap.
Better all round. Even the traffickers can go legal and open a proper ferry service.
