Germans Have the Highest IQ in Europe!

Apparently the average IQ of a German is 107, compared to only 100 for a Briton.
Britons do better than Serbians though, who it turns out, are a real bunch of dunces with an average IQ of only 89.
The Russians did not take part in this survey, probably because Putin the Stupid did not want to be labelled the leader of the stupidest country in Europe.
