Pathetic Plod

Some policemen it seems can do nothing other than wave their warrant card around to try and get one over on the public. Today for instance, a driver behind me was hooting and flashing. I gave him the finger, several times. He drew up next to me and we exchanged loud insults. Then he drew out his warrant card and started waving it about.
Stupidly I didn’t get his licence plate number. With morons like this in the police, no wonder motorists like the one who drove into the back of me last year can get away with it.
