Another victory over customer services

This time at virgin. I transferred phone and broadband to virgin in February. Things went badly from the start. They processed a payment of mine to someone else’s account, and added the amount of that payment to someone else’s account, then added it to my bill resulting in an attempt to take £214 from my bank account. When the direct debit bounced they disconnected my broadband without notice.
I got angry at this point. The refunded me for one month and paid my bank charge for the direct debit that bounced.
On Monday of this week my phone developed a fault and I didn’t have a phone line for 24 hours.
I sent for a technician and with the phone repaired, I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES! and demanded £20. After only about an hours resistance, they agreed. After 7 weeks of being a virgin customer, they have refunded me a total of £70. God only knows how they make a profit. Maybe most of the victims oc their incompetence havent got the patience to persist with them.
