What a difference a change of name can make

At the moment, the United Kingfom and the United States of America representatives all sit together at conferences because the countries names are similar. This gives the UK greater influence than it would otherwise wield. If Australia we to become a republic and call it the United States of Australia, likewise for Canada, to be called the united states of Canada, South Africa, to be called the United States of South Africa, what good influential friends they could all be.
