Don’t leave them to die

Nigel farage wants people coming to the UK from outside Europe to have health insurance and no access to the NHS.
It is our duty to be liberal and generous and allow anyone to come and make a life in the UK and be able to use a service ad vital as the NHS.
The alternative is to have them die on our doorstep.
