Black is the New Green

I didn’t think Africans cared much about the environment. The typical African city is a horrible dusty smoky messy place.
But lo! Kenya has just banned the plastic bag. FULL STOP!! No Production, no selling, no use, no importing, no use. And the are not the first. Rwanda has also banned them, and also I think Uganda. Looks like a trend.
