Brace Yourself!

Some policemen it seems can do nothing other than wave their warrant card around to try and get one over on the public. Today for instance, a driver behind me was hooting and flashing. I gave him the finger, several times. He drew up next to me and we exchanged loud insults. Then he drew out his warrant card and started waving it about.
Stupidly I didn’t get his licence plate number. With morons like this in the police, no wonder motorists like the one who drove into the back of me last year can get away with it.

The country is broke and people are seeing their real incomes declining for several years but the British government has seen fit to spend several millions of pounds to close down central london while the widely hated ex prime minister is effectively given a state funeral.
Complete waste of my money.

I don’t know why I handed back £30 of £60 someone tried to pay me today for two hours of third year university quantum physics tuition. Technically she is disabled, so claims all her tuition fees back from her university. In effect I donated £30 to the treasury.

What will the police do next to improve community relations I wonder?
Why dont they simply move out of their subsidised housing and pay the market rate like the rest of us? I don’t see why they should receive subsidised housing when many of them are making a good criminal living selling drugs and stories to newspapers.
